wireing loom

i have been told the wireing loom on auto fto's is different to manual is there any truith in this?

Yep, auto FTO's use a seperate ECU to control the box amongst other things.

so if i wanted to convert an auto to a manual what would i need to do other than swap the box and clutch?

Changing to manual is not that hard. There's a few more parts invloved than just box & clutch thou.

so i shouldnt have to change any of the wireing/ computer?
