Help with Cel Code No 10????

Hi guys mi name is javier, im from chile. here where i live there its no ftos :S in total are 2 ftos in all town (mi and mi brothers.)
and nobody know how fix mi problem

the problem its the car rattles very bad, like one plug its not firing, but i change th plugs and everithing its same.
mi fto its a fto gs 1.8 tiptronic.

i do an autoscanner to mi fto and i get the code 10???
i get 1 long pulse and 10 short pulses like ! !!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!

and i been searching all over wtf its that code, but i dont find that
if some one could help me please i rally worried about mi loved fto.

The code seems to be 11, not 10.

11 is "Oxygen Sensor".

Thanks man, i try to change the sensor
or someone can tell me a way to test the sensor XD
