looking around for a fto would prefer manual over the tiptronic version.
my price range is up to 10 grand rather a car with low to moderate km's

Check out carsales, plenty on there at the moment for under 10k ... just remember, "you get what you pay for" you might get lucky & get a good one though

Not going to find a good low k one for 10grand, especially if you're going for manual too...

Though you may get lucky, but yeah...hard.
