I can get them done it 2 different weave types
This is the 2x2 twill that we are making at the moment

and this is plain carbon

as you can see its very difficult to get the 2x2 twill round bends evenly, the plain is a tighter weave and doesnt deform as much.

Just plain carbon. We decided not to add the cig lighter as its easy enough to drill and to be honest Im going to put a much better looking lighter in mine rather than the standard fto one.

Do you do it with the cig whole and little pocket ash tray??? I put my parking card in there ... So I like to have it ... Considering my centre console has the stacker in it, it gives me no room anywhere else ..RichardB wrote:Just plain carbon. putting the cig lighter and ashtray in is not as simple as just cutting it out, it makes the whole process much more complicated.rock_it wrote:Do you do it with the cig whole and little pocket ash tray??? instead of using a 2 piece mold, they'll probably have to use a 4 piece mold... or make the bits individually and then "glue" them together.
