thats preety dam cheap.
man its a shame it devalues all our fto's . i paid 24g for mine .gpx with 67,000 kms. 5 yrs ago. now im on 150,xxx kms.
i dont know how all these fto's still have LOW kms.. when theyr being sold.
theres goto be something dodgy going on. with their clusters. or being clocked back somehow.. its impossible for a 12yr old car to have such low kms. even if ppl say they only drive it on the weekend.
hmm i dunno.. please back me up someone .. or tell me im crazy.. i know most you guys have low kms on your cars.. but i just dont see how..

If I still have my FTO, it would be under 90k km for sure, because it was a spare car for 3yrs and when i drove it as a daily to work for the last yr i had it, i only drive total 5km per day.

So low km is possible.

Anyway most people will only care about the price when it comes to buy their car (if its 2nd hand). Everything else is a bonus. Only few would appreciate how much time and effort people had put into taking care of their car.

I think this is a fake add... One of the Scammers that try to use ebay and car sales to con people out of money ...

The reason I say this ...

CONTACT: E-mail Only

There are no pics under the engine bay, so this guy has put together some photo's of multiple cars he has found on the net ... Now, I could be wrong but ...

In the Garage shot, you can tell he does not have the leather seats like he has taken a photo of (Actually I think the leather seat photo is the one that the guy uses on his ebay site to sell em)

When you are looking at the first pic, yet again, if the seats are white, you would see them in that photo ... And surely if he had the white face gauges you would see them a little more too ...

I had a mate with a Supra that had his photo's over the supra forums. Some guy made up a car sales add, and was claiming to sell the car... When you contacted him, you got this generic email that gave all the car details, and this guys story of why the car was so cheap ....

But hey, that is just my 2c from what I have seen in the past...

If you look at the pictures carefully, i think each is from different cars.

Lol if it is indeed a dodgey ad, you'd think they'd be smart enough to pick a car that has high demand...well i guess they do only have scammer brains!

sad thing is, anyone could make a few fake carsales ads per week, with stupid prices, like $8k each & over time it would put the price of FTO's wayyy down...

In a way its a good thing, if something happens to your car you can pick up another for cheap.

If you insure your car for say 14-15k, you pick one up for 8-9k with the money left over .. MODS !!!!!!

I was thinking of the same thing, so i got my mate to send him a email and the reply was.

"The car is real and you can check it out any time" and apparently the person who is selling it is a chick and the car was modify by her ex BF. 8O

send them a email also last night with a reply
Come and have a look, seats were put in not long ago and my BF said they were bought off ebay last year, not sure who installed them I assume professional installation

My BF said the car is fastest in Victoria has it has lots of fast bits. Just have a look as I want it out of my garage as i have a Golf which is much nicer to drive
assuming seats could have been put in later and some of the pics are older? They are just the leatherette ones by the looks of them.

also says custom air box and k&n filter, when the engine picture has a pod filter. how do you port extractors? why would you get a custom version of a stock kit, unless it was OEM carbon or F/G? Didn't know evo3 was twin turbo... It has a cargo barrier, an invisible sunroof and racks, on gas with four wheel steering. Jerry you are a F*CKWIT

I contacted the guy with genuine interest and got nothing but abuse... he wouldn't let me see the car, kept mentioning how rich he is and that 7k is nothing to him, i mentioned this forum he said this place is full of noobs who dont have a clue about FTO's... even gave him my phone number numerous times, offcourse he didn't call (abuse is much easier to deal out over the net) the guy is a joke..
