I finally got round to de-laminating my headlights and they came up a treat after a couple hours elbow grease, 3 different grades of wet/dry and 2 types of plastic polish...... well worth the effort though.
I've seen various versions of that concept, but haven't actually seen one in a car so can't really comment. I do know one of the ones i saw actually only activated when what otherwise normal driving it makes no difference. Spend a bit more and do reliable proven mods instead imho.
yeah, they only work on wide open throttle, or else they burn out their own electrical system, as they draw roughly 830 watts.
they blow their fuses after 30 seconds normally anyway. on top of that, a fan cannot compress air at all, so there's where the bullshit starts. i've read other forums about them where the fan blades broke off and fell into the intake! they dont work, plain and simple.
Thanx for the input guys, that was the first time id seen those setups and was curious if anyone else had....... as for the proven MODs they're well under way
