how much does a gpx engine weigh?

For frieght I'd say...
With g/box it was about 250kg from memory

gpx engine without box,
i ask because im getting an engine and am wondering if my father and i will be able to lift it...
judging by 250, it seems not.. lol

I've lifted a cast iron 4 cylinder block with the old man & almost blew a vien in my forehead... do-able, but dont invite work cover round lol
