Yeah looks like my FTO bites the dust...
had a crash on the highway this morning, Ran into the ass of a BMW, my car took pretty much all the damage and crushed in the front

You could be, but your CTP insurance will cover you for any personal injury claims from the other party.
lol, well lets hope your car is repairable.... then u can get the mechanics to at least hook up the kick panels for you lol (just say it fell off in the crash lol)
or u can always try to make a profit and palm the kick plates off to sam (last i heard he was pretty cut at me for getting dibs on them lol)
so what's the go with your car now? is it still at yours or....

ahhahah yeah if i can't get the car repaired i will have to sell them shame never got to see them on... same with the angel eyes lol

If they declare it a write-off, they will cut you a cheque, and they retain the car (i.e. most likely end up selling it at the auctions). But you can keep the car if you want, just have to negotiate a 'salvage' cost with JustCars (ie they pay you a cheque as per the policy, but deduct from this the salvage cost they agree with you).
