In particular top of page 9
The minimum Thicknes [Of Fibreglass](with Gel coat Removed) of non-intrusion panels eg. bonnets and guards, should be 3.5mm
The strength and thickness of structural components such as floor pans and bodies that incorporate seat belt anchorages, door hinges, latches, etc.. Must be certified by a professional engineer.
blah blah blah...
Im guessing my CF bonnet is still illegal even though its about 5mm thick due to some exception to the rule.
Also check out page 13 on bonnet pins:
Pretty much as long as they're within the contours of the vehicle, they're legal! yay.

The NCOP guidelines have been around for over a year Sam. Where have you been?
BUT just remember they are guidelines - and whilst they have been endorsed by the states and territories, to the best of my knowledge none have formally adopted them . I know that Vic and NSW definitely have not done so atm.
Until that happens you're pretty much bound by whatever currently stands.
