Hey peeps :D

Really interested in puting a POD onto my GPX

Ive heard good things about the Camskill ITG ones

But i also wanted to get a heat shield to protect it. ( little neway)

Where can i get this shield from?

Any comments bout ITG??

you can buy them from auto barn... although i dont know how good they are... :P

any guinea pigs around here?

The heatshields from Autobarn are pretty useless, although the may offer some protection from direct radiant heat from the engine or radiator, they offer no protection from the ambient heat under your bonnet, which is the real issue.

The best option is some sort of divider, to section off the air filter, and a cold air inlet from the front bumper

The Seperate compartment was one of my options but seemed a tad more complicated.

Anyone had any expr?? WHos got an ITG pod on thier FTO??

i dont remember who make its but some company makes a filter which already has its own enclosure and has a pipe after it so you can get proper cold air.
