Yeah I used to use the victorian Ps; the ones that you can stick onto the inside of your window.
Just as a note of warning, and especially after 1st July, victorian Ps won't hold any water with the police, so don't whine if you suddenly lose yourself 2 points (for not displaying P plates). And... if you're being pulled over for another infringement (ie. speeding) there goes your licence in one go

people down here want the white back ground and red P's.. LOL why do people always want to be different?
down here if you have a white background and a red P you are driving with conditions.. eg. lost your licence but can still drive to work.. im not sure if they still do it anymore though.. I think you'd probs get done by the cops if you had those red background P's..

many appologise for thread mining, but didn't see the need to create a new one, when this not so old one can be continued on from.
my fiance is a victorian p plater, currently living here in syd, i say currently, becuase she still has a victorian liscnece, not changed over to sydney one.
the rta are no help, and there website is as much like them.
is there any dilemma her displaying the red bg, white p on the nsw registered fto?
she has a vic liscnece, so, there shouldnt be an issue, if she hasnt broken the law, and shes merely either breat tested randomly, or pulled over for question yes?
anyone know????
