Depends which model Lancer......

There are some models which have the same rear struts as the FTO.

They fit, however...
Lancer shocks are longer (because it sits higher) than an FTO
And, they don't have the clip on the front ones where the swaybar connects onto it, as on Lancers, the front swaybar connects to the lower control arm, rather than directly to the shock
