Who has their interior re-trimmed?

I'm looking at retrimming my car's interior... Kinda tossing between velour (similar to skyline GTR seats), cotton (Recaros & Sparcos) or fake suede...

how much will they usually range in cost? How long will they take to retrim?

At the moment i'm looking at retrimming my seats and front door panels first (armrests), then followed by the rear seats and front dash...

Will color choices affect the cost too?
