SA FTO mechanics

Post by mrStumpy »

I know this has been a topic before, but does anyone know any good, trustworthy mechanics in Adelaide? Esp in the south-western area?

Cheers :)

Guess I have to reply to my own message.

"Mag wheel and tyre centre" at beginning of Prospect Rd as you come out of the city.

I got my suspension set up there. Very friendly service and lots of advice. Just ask for Cory. They are also the only mech shop in SA that whitline actually recommends. Price I would say about average, Service outstanding.

Cory sets up suspension for drift cars professionally.

you should try Powertech Mechanical (Repco auto repairer)

it might be out of your way but do what ya gotta do.

158 Commerical Road
Salisbury SA 5108
Ph: 8250 5074
Gary the guy to speak to

They recondition my starter motor for me 1 week ago $360, but depends what you require.

A several months ago my car was starting, it was a power transistor, they spent several hours going through all the electrical wiring, lucky i got the electrical wiring diagram. RAA guy didn't know what it was also an autoelectrican came to my house to check it out and he could find anything wrong with it.
