Spark plug gap for Turbo / Supercharger

Recommendations please, i'm hitting 9psi boost and just want to make sure the plugs are ok.

I'm running Denso IK24 - can these even be re-gapped?
Is this plug ok or is there a better one as i've been told that I shouldn't use Iridium plugs with forced induction (well he was specifically talking about Turbo so any difference between that and supercharged)?

Iridium are fine for forced induction. Although that plug is probably too cold. The MIVEC engine already uses a "7" or "22" from factory. This is what's used on a lot of turbo cars including the 6A13TT.

I personally use Denso VK22 at the standard gap which is 0.8mm.

You also shouldn't gap iridiums if you don't know what you're doing. Can easily break the tip off. This is why they don't recommend gapping them.

Thanks Rob i'll get some VK22's next time then, I think my 24's do foul a bit.
