Sound of a nearly gone starter motor?

My car starts like this now/ sometimes doesn't start. I just replaced my battery so it can't be that but either way it sounds like I need to replace my starter motor? Just wanted to confirm that it is my starter motor that needs replacing and not something like my alternator.
