Amp mounting.
Where have people mounted their amps? Will one fit under the passenger seat?

Re: Amp mounting.
Honestly ...
Get a bit of MDF. Cut it and fit it behind the passenger seat. When you take the seats out, there is a piece of black plastic which you can use as a template...
Put the MDF there, and mount in the boot. Amps under seats can pick up a lot of heat. And there is no circulation. Trust me when I say the way above is easier...

Re: Amp mounting.
You can put one under the front passenger seat although it may need get enough air and overheat. I have mine bolted to the back of my sub box like so
gotta get there one day :)

Rear seats..c0n13oX wrote:Do you mean passenger seat or rear seats?
Remove rear seats - get template - cut MDF
Put black plastic back - put MDF in - put seats back in
You can feed the wires through the MDF to the amp and power up without seeing a cord... Or just feed all wires through the bottom of the boot floor up to the amp and speakers...
Much better option than under a seat. Plus the FTO sits pretty low, so you will have even more reduced air flow. I am lucky in the Swift, as I could fit a DSP an under seat sub under the seats... With still plenty of height ...
