Yep. Really appreciate the offers. Would have to work out how it would work before I agreed to take anyones cash though.

If we do end up doing this as an investment with 10 members plus Dwayne.
Then I have an idea to keep things simple for Dwayne.

    1. We invest our $200 each
    2. Dwayne makes (or has made), sells and posts the body kits
    3. Dwayne pays investors $5-$10 ea per piece sold (depending on his costs, time and selling price)
    4. Dwayne could pay the investers 6 monthly or annually (if any pieces are sold)
    5. The investors cut in the venture will always be worth $200 (no matter how big or small the venture gets)
    6. If an investor wants out they can sell there cut for $200 back to the other investors, all current investors at the time would split the cost of buying back the share. This would increase investors profit cut.
    7. If Dwayne wants out then the same applies as #6, the remaining investors inherit the moulds after buying out Dwaynes share and can keep making the kits.
    8. If all investors want out the moulds get sold and the profits of the sale (less expenses) gets split evenly to each investor.
    9. If there are any disagreements, Dwayne has the final say. Always.

If there is something I missed or you have moar or better ideas then have your say.

5 would make it an even $1000, so that probably works. Ill need to get everyone's details so I can keep track of stuff. Ill find out how much the materials cost that go into these things. I believe that the apprentice who was doing the bars for us is prepared to come down to my place and show me how to make the first couple and I should be getting the fibreglassers suppliers for materials as well. So, it looks like it will fall into place.

I'm after the rear bumper before they stop getting made. How much would it cost shipped to Sydney and how much for bumper, installion and sprayed if I drive up to Canberra?
