Re: FS SYD: FTO GPX Racecar Part Out V2
Anyone from Vic interested in any of these parts?
My parents are heading back down to Ballarat on Wed so you could either meet them somewhere from the Hume around the Ring Road or collect from Ballarat. I will require cleared payment first, I'm not sending parts all the way to Vic only to have someone change their mind lol.
Let me know asap. Please pm mobile number so I can call you to discuss.

Most likely the same problem... Carbon buildup on the circuit board of the fuel level sensor

I will check that out
...But I have a feeling that the float isn't floating any moar. I go from full to 3/4 in 20km + it shows empty with over 20L still left.
I will still buy the part from Shane anyway, doesn't hurt to have a spare.

Re: FS SYD: FTO GPX Racecar Part Out V2
Thanks Shane Good to meet you to
I had a little bit of trouble getting the parts through airport security...
My bag goes into the X-ray and they guard stops it in front of his screen and looks at it for ages.
Asks his supervisor to come and have a look.
They ask me "What do you have in your bag?"
I reply "I can't see what you are looking at?"
Security "The things on the bottom with cylinders and hoses and wires?"
Me "Car parts!"
Security pulls my bag aside and starts to search it, pulls out the plastic bag with the fuel pump (which looks like an explosive device ), also in the same plastic bag is multible sensors with wiring and 3 coil packs with wiring. The next plastic bag he pulls out has gear shift cables.
He scans them all for explosives, puts them through the X-ray machine again.
Gives it all back to me to repack into my bag.
It was pretty funny
