This event will be with some luck a day car show with all money raised going to camp quality, After that go karts and a big feed.
Dates and times will be added later when more info comes in about the car show.

Location will be up around Newcastle area. ( this is due to the Newcastle members have made a big effort to attend a number of events down in Sydney, so it's time we have one in their back yard.)
We could enven make a weekend off it and get on the cans after gokarts .
It would be great to get some big numbers for this, as like I said its going to camp quality and they need every cent they can get for the kids.

Sorry Bad News

I have just contacted the organisers and there are problems with the car show mentioned "Power In The Park"...

Charity is for Camp Breakaway, not Camp Quality (my bad sorry Aza)
Car show is normally held at the outer grounds of Munmorah Power Station "Koala Park", the grounds are available to the organisers for free.
The power station has a new site manager and will not allow more than 50 people to use the park at any one time. The car show normally has at least 50 cars and 100's of people visiting.
This means the power station will not allow the car show to go ahead this year. The organisers can not find another suitable free site to run the show.
So now there will be no "Power In The Park" car show this year.

What a prick its for a good cause and they have never had a problem so y should it matter

Yep I know .
I have had a sh*t load on of late and have not had a lot of time to get something up and running.
I will try to get some time later on today and get some ideas up.

Ok I have been looking at some things to do and I am at a loss .
We can do a BBQ and drive.
BBQ and gokarts. ( there looks to be three tracks up there )
We could do a Wisemans Ferry rd run on the way up for any of the Sydney members interested .

If anyone has any ideas post them up.
