Just an update, all - You may find that you need to reverse the wires just before the ballast, as I found from the Irish FTO forum.
Despite the kits being suited to Japanese cars, apparently the FTOs do something funky in the headlight department...
So, if you receive a set and believe that they don't work, just test them out direct to the battery first. In nearly every case, it's just the reverse wires. I'm testing each kit before sending it out anyway.
