We also need to add something about resizing pictures, and by resizing I mean reducing the filesize of a pic. I personally use the http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/ plugin. Once installed, its simply right click & select resize from the right click menu. Even if you resize to the same pixel size, it will almost half the file size.Admin Control Panel wrote: Maximum file size: 3MB

I find the easiest way is to just right click it, choose edit and simply resize it through microsoft paint. Just take the largest number and resize it to either 8 or 600 (depending if potrait/landscape) and it automatically resizes the other value to make it even. Cant get much simpler than that - if its less than 800/600 then it isnt gonna be 3mb.

right click > edit > CTRL + W > Right arrow > tab > 1024 > enter > CTRL + S > ALT + F4
