hey guys i would search for this topic but i dont really know what its called haha.
i was browsing through some fto pics and i saw some with the inside of the head light cover are black? not the actually cover but inside? if anyone understands me haha.
is there a particular thread coz i dno what to type into search.
i was just wondering how is it done? and is it illegal?
EDIT: i mean not black. its a different colour.

you open the lights up (baking involved, if you dont know what i mean then search for "bake headlight", and you'll see), and paint them.
legal... not sure, would this count as modifying your headlights? (if so, then technically no it's not legal, but mine are white with angel eyes, yet to have problems about them yet)

Just under 100 degrees for 15 minutes (clear side up and not touching anything). That will soften the glue enough to prize them apart. You can then either paint them or Carbon fibre coat them like I did.

wouldnt think it was ilegal unless you painted the high beam reflector other then that the head light case dose nothing
