FYI parts car

Post by Astron_Boy »

Wasn't sure whether to post here or for sale, but it's not mine.

There is an FTO in pick & payless blacktown currently, red color with mivec engine.
doors, boot, half the trim, dash and a few other bits and bobs still in it.

If you're in the area, or going there, or whatever it is right up the back of the Mitsu section.
I barely recognised it till I saw it's profile :(

just went with a mate and its in a preety good state :D

whats left:
petrol cap, back seat/belts, floor console, practically the whole engine + intake manifold (GPX), sideskirts, boot lid, all rear interior trims, dash, steering wheel, rims, rear stuts and brakes, doors + trims, rear bar, most window, boot trims though wet and dirty, spare wheel, door sills, third brake light, door cups, whole air con system without head unit, half the exhaust piping (looked wider than 2.25'')

when i got there i couldnt find allot of stuff, but i noticed half all the things missing from the engine bay were in the boot of the car infront

To tap off what J said.
back seat, the headrests are damaged
steering wheel centre is missing
centre console is split actually, wasn't really obvious until I had a hard look at it
theres 1 driveshaft, from memory drivers side.
it was a 4spd tip originally.
door rubbers still, but not top door seal rubbers.
front plastic intake shroud is still there.
i THINK the airbox was still there.

that's all from memory otherwise on what J had said!

yeh i think someone tried for the centre console, it was in pieces on the floor  what a waste

also spotted a set of aftermarket foglights on a mirage that look identical to ours! so tempting

EDIT: gpx plastic rocker cover was there aswell in good cond.

Would the air intake manifold still be there? I wanted to polish it up and swap it with my current one.

you mean plenum?

Then yes. could do with a real good clean up though as it's been exposed to the elements.

I went there the other week, and there is honestly not much left on it... still a few engine parts, (not sure which ones as I wasn't looking for them), but not a whole lot else... a rear bumper too, that's all
