Failed sending email error

Just was wondering if someone could fix the error I get everytime I post in the general section.
It seems to post fine but I get this error instead of it going back to the thread:

Failed sending email :: PHP ::
DEBUG MODE

File : emailer.php
I also don't get email alerts for those threads but the other sections I've posted in don't give me the same error and I do get email alerts.
