does anyone have a photo of a manual gear shifter with out the gator onit so it shows the actual mechanism of the manual shifter.

just want to compare it to mine as mine looks like it might have been changed, or maybe the gear stick has just been shortened, cant see any mitsubishi logo on it any where

hey danny, you can actually have a look at how the inside looks like by removing the transmission console with a butter knife... just slide it into the cavity on the side and then lightly twist it and it'll pop off.... just be very careful though (thanks to Vince for the tip!) :lol:

thanks mate

we got the consloe out at the moment while we are doing the wiring took a couple of pics of it today though they arent to clear.
will post them with the other photos of the conversion
