Re: As seen on Ebay

If anyone is interested in an official Type F surround, we have one on the UK Ebay site due to end today...

It's a little dear for my liking at £50 ($86 AUD) delivered. Although I've never seen one come up for sale, so maybe it's priced accordingly:

The seller also has the following up for grabs. I would suggest mailing the guy for postage to AUS/NZ.

Yup. Apart from the price, that's putting me off. I like things to be perfect for that kind of money.

Cracked floor console. But apart from that cant spot anything. Expensive for a GR though, even for that sort of condition.

Almost £5k.. For a GR even in that state, that's over triple what you might get for one over here! Even the GPvR's don't go for that much....yet! There is one members GPX which has been valued at £8k ($14k AUD) for insurance purposes, but it is exceptional. When mine is done, I'm aiming for around that kind of figure.

Yeah, prices here are much higher. A GPX or Version R in that condition would possibly fetch that, but not a GR in Burgandy (I actually dont mind the colour, but not very popular generally)

Whenever I see a burgandy fto, I automatically picture a maroon TJ magna with 2 wheelcovers and 2 black steelies, coon fingerprints smeared all over the windows, running on all cylinders but one and you can hear it because the muffler tip has been snapped off from bottoming out reversing down gutters due to blown out shocks.

I really like the interior, very clean and modern feeling.
The colour nicely suits the exterior as well .
