        Hey

        Post by dstocks »

Hey people, have a piece of mixed news re the group buy. Apparently we have just officially cleared out Japan of stereo surrounds and floor consoles. What does this mean. Well this means we get all the ones they have and the rest go on back order. Best I can do is bring them over in 2 lots. The first order will come over in about a week I think and the other is going to take a month (while they make them for us). Ive been racking my brain for the last 24 hrs about how to do this fairly and the best I can come up with is to do it in the order that people paid for the parts. Im happy to discuss any other suggestions people might have. Needless to say, a couple of each were spares I was buying and ill happily defer those to the second batch.

If it helps out dstocks if there is not the right number of the floor consoles I will be happy to hang for the 2nd set to come in its no biggy for me :D
also if they are in befor next monday afternoon 18th I can pick up the ones for syd members as I will be comming back from VIC that day. that way it will save the problem of postage from ACT to syd.

aye, how many of each are we talking about arriving in the first batch?

seems slim chances that I'll be included in the first lot since i probably paid last .. am pretty desperate for it though- at last count my FC was in about 20 pieces incl all the little parts of support frame that broke off, but i spose I could wait a month if I need to..

Also Dwayne .. will this be opened up to new people who need a new centre console as well? Seems it might be worthwhile getting Mitsi to run off a bulk amount of these things?
If so, I might trawl the forums & send PM's out to anyone who has posted that they need one so they can check out this thread..
