Hey Paul, I'll have to catch up with you sometime soon. Bit of trivia, i put those el dials in for Ace. I'm in the process of having my car rubbed back, repaired and resprayed. Need to have a cruise for sure!

Seems I'm up for a stepper motor....stalling occasionally.....I'll try cleaning it first.

Reset the ECU and then give it a week and see how it goes.

Reseting of ECU didnt help....
Stalling problems gets worse...going to pull the stepper motor tomorrow...clean and set the idle to 2000rmp cold an check idle when normal temp and see its fixed...if not...i will check ohms on pins to see if the coils (stepper motor electrics) are ok.....
Other than that shes running beautifully

It will take a week or so for it to get itself back to normal after resetting it.

After the ECU is reset it needs to re learn everything from scratch.

Take it for a good spirited drive.

Was in the same boat, going to buy myself a 300zx...my Sis ended up getting one so i kept hunting around. Found the fto and wouldn't turn back!!

I recently completed close to 2000k in it with no problems.
I had a UHF installed before I left ;just in case. Can't say much for the roads though

haha yea! nice job, fun times

Update...drove all the way to Cairns
No problems....of course serviced, oil change and checked everything before the trip.
Got good fuel consumption on the trip. I've got to say the roads weren't great...watch out for the pot holes
I didn't drive at night so I missed all the kangaroos.
Haven't seen any other FTOs up here yet.

Tasmania to Cairns...hehehe...pretty good trip.

Momo steering wheel, carbon bonnet, HKS exhaust, avanti rims, HSK air intake,lots of blue led lights instrument panel and a strip of blue LEDs along inside of drives side door sill, pioneer radio and VHF two way radio.
Recently swapped to castrol magnatec oil...seems to enjoy and purrrrr on this oil
I'm inspired to do a good detail now~

It's certainly a nice place to live or visit"....I recently went to the folk festival in yungaburra which was great.
For me the Irish music played live at the pub was the highlight.
