Holy 3 year old thread Batman!
Panelhouse in QLD do them brand new as a kit for a reasonable price if I recall correctly. They freight too.

Thats still too dear. I can get them for about $110 each (new genuine) landed from memory. May have increased slightly, but should not be too far off that.
