Are you going to be going home after work Tim? We could either meet at yours (if you want? may not be practical) Or we can meet up near where we'll be started. I'm thinking we might go North East rd (I think that's it), as opposed to Lower North east. This is because if we take Lower, there's a T Junction that we have to turn right at. It'll be easier to stay together if we go North East.

Cool. I might scout out a prospective location this week. Also need to check the route from Lobethal way onto the freeway, as I haven't done that yet myself.

And get onto the freeway at Verdun? Sounds good. Might do up an updated map.

SO.

This is the gist of our route for Saturday. http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=North ... sz=12&z=11

Hope you've got a full tank of gas. Depending on whether Tim wants to ride shotgun with one of us into the city or not, we'll either convoy it up to Magill so he can drop off his car, or head up Glen Osmond rd into the city. We can discuss what we what to do once we're there this week, i.e. how much we want to loiter about driving, and whether we want to finish up anywhere for last pics or something.

further edit: there's an oval and tennis courts with a parking lot just off of North East rd, might be a good place to meet up as opposed to a shopping centre. http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=North ... sz=12&z=17

Well, there aren't rules per se. You'll fit in more with the FTO (and we get to see it!) but if you want to come along drive whatever I guess! :D

You did my wheel alignment yesterday, something tells me you don't get black FTOs in every day? New Zealander with 8k worth under the bonnet of that R33. Beast of a car.
See I know you, I mentioned this very cruise.

Yeah rather surreal hey

Mm...judging from driving to and from uni exactly once...it's hard to say.
I'm trying to get some engine mounts stamped out next day or two (my gearbox is a bit ugly...) so I thought I'd go for a spin after that, Windy Point, just something quick before Saturday. Been a bit busy with exam preparation, not really what I want...

Um not black ones but I did score a white one today so going to tidy it up as a daily.
Um I knew you said you were going on a cruise. I just googled day cruise and it poped me to here
I cant cruse at night due to having my child with me so I look for day drives
It just sux that all the other car clubs run at night instead of days..

Here at FTOAustralia: SA Branch, we cater very much for doing things during the day. On weekends.

Mostly because almost everyone is working, and nobody really asides from me (and maybe Kiz) can be bothered being up late. I finish work at midnight most nights, so that's just the way I roll.

Haha nah man, you're all good :)

Hope it's not too bad to fix up, I do like the white ones. What's the spec?

And yeah weekends seem to be the go...just can get tricky with everyone's commitments.
