How to deliver FTO to Brisbane

Post by tony »

Hi
I m negotiating with someone from Brisbane to sell my FTO, does anyone here know how must it gonna cost me to deliver my FTO (from Melbourne) there and how can I transfer the ownership. he said that he will appoint RACV to inspect my car, if everything is fine he will transfer the money to my account, any comments or anything I have to concern coz I feel it too easy for him to spend almost 20k without seeing the car?

If it was me buying the car I would get inspected there by RACV and the fly down and pick it up. Drive it home.

If I were buying the car I would book one of those cheap flights on the web to check out the car. It's the buyers risk not yours, if they are desperate enough to buy the car without looking at it, then let them have it I say.

I have used Speedy Car carriers for my car. Pick up @sydney to brisbane for $420. I can get their number if you want.
