TCL
Was it raining this morning?
Sometimes if it is raining and the sensor gets really wet it will stop it working.
My car has the same problem at the moment but cause by someone stealing and thrashing to death. Will be a while before I find out the cause, could be the blown clutch, but i've heard if you smach em into a kerb or two and bend it a bit the sensor doesn't line up or something and then she shows and error.
When you turn your car on and off TCL should reset to on.
Does TCL off come on straight away or only after you start driving?

Might be a damaged or misaligned sensor. Could also be that some mud or something splashed up onto it an now it cant read right. Dont know exactly where they are, somewhere near the brake disk, check for loose/bent/damaged parts, mud etc and maybe wash it all then try again.
