Hello gang,
So i have a aftermarket oil pressure gauge (http://tinyurl.com/o5fm39w) but the sender unit is leaking oil and needs replacing.
what i want to know is do i need the exact same unit or do all sender units send the same output to the gauge?
cheers.

Re: oil pressure sender unit
They aren't all the same. You need to find one that matches the output specs of the sender of the same brand as your gauge.
Best option is usually to get the same brand unless you can find one that matches.
