Ok, so what action did this guy take, did he return it? Was it replaced or repaired? Did the manufacturer accept fault? Did he mount his thermo fans directly through the core?? What type of water pump & water pressure was he running? All you've provided is hear-say! Must try harder Martin.

They're buried in the facebook page, last one was a dude tossing one towards a tree and throwing old rotors on it in disgust
