SOLD: Wolf V500 ECU

Post by kiz »

As people would know I've been acquiring parts for my long awaited turbo project.

With the turbo kit from Sahin I also got the Wolf V500 ECU with full harness and an option cable with attaches directly to this.

As I've changed direction of my project slightly I've gone and purchased an Emanage Ultimate ECU instead and so this Wolf V500 ECU is now surplus to my needs.

Anyone looking at getting some serious extra power out of their FTOs, whether it be modified fuel/air for N/A or forced induction then this is a recommendation. Pictures attached below.

Harness is brand new (Sahin informed me this cost more than the ECU alone). ECU is second hand I believe so not sure what tunes are on it currently, tuners will wipe this either way for your own tune.

Asking price is $500.00 for everything pictured.

To give an idea of possibilities, my RX7 gained 60hp at the wheels from air fuel ratio adjustment alone. Aza and dstocks are running Haltech ECUs and are both gained significant power increases. Definitely worth it.

GLWS.

What "direction" are you going that this ECU doesn't suffice?

The fact that the Emanage Ultimate was more suited to what I needed as a piggy-back unit

And then tuner I am wanting to go through don't tune Wolf ECUs at all

Little did Kiz know, the FTOA community as full of tightarses and low ballers, thus making his quest to sell the Wolf V500 ECU a difficult one.

Oh I'm well aware of how f**king tight we are here. That's also why it's going up on gumtree and ebay. The ECU is good for any car with the right harness. The fact it has a brand new harness for the FTO ready to go makes it good for any FTO.

And yea, one day someone will accept my 2 dorra bids, I am also starting to trade in pesos as well so :?

With the FTO harness, what is required to fit it to the FTO, match the wiring to the existing loom?
Or is it plug-in?

You will still need to wire it in. But it's wired so that it will be easier to match up to the existing loom

It's just a universal loom, no different to wiring any other ECU. Nothing easier about it.
