Passenger window smashed!

Post by Simon »

Some low life decided to break into my car yesterday. They smashed the passenger door window, lent in without setting the alarm off, and opened the center console to find it empty. What a useless f with!!!

Anyway, does anyone know where I could get a replacement window?

That depends on where you're at. If you're in Melbourne, then I could give you plenty of advice. My driver's side window was smashed in April and I ran around like a headless chicken looking for a replacement.

You can get a brand new window from Mitsubishi for around $560. A window from a wrecker can set you back $220-$450, depending on the wrecker. But you have to make sure that you find the PASSANGER window, as some of these wreckers are quite incompetent and will say they have one when they have the wrong side
