How to replace parkers light bulb?

OK, i need some help in replacing the light bulb for my fto.

Its the lightbulb where the foglight is, when u turn the normal headlights on, the white foglight bulb goes on and so does the headlights...

now how do u take out the white foglight bulb? im not talknig about the yellow foglight, because that light bulb is fine...
