Is this any good?
I have done some research.....
Would tricking the MAP sensor to allow moar fuel make the engine run too rich, in turn damaging the bores/pistons/valves?
Does changing MIVEC cut in point to a lower RPM actually give quicker or slower acceleration, and does it lower the RPM upper limit (red line)?
Does it come with wire harness and instructions?

It has been researched, and proven that Mitsubishi got it right the first time round. 5500 is the ideal mivec kick in, any less amd you'll lose power.

also - no it wont lower the RPM limit when you lower the mivec - mivec doesnt only go for a specific RPM band, it just kicks in when it is told to and stops when it is told to
It will probably trick the engine into thinking that it is running rich and lean at the same time - so as well as more fuel it will tell it to let more air through as well? hell i dunno im just taking a wild guess here

Correct, not recommended to change the Mivec point, but it does give some additional tuning options for Air/Fuel Control which can come in quite handy :)

nah bud, you'll need something a bit beefier for a turbo setup
*edit* .. Unichip will do the job on a mild turbo install, boost control can be handled by an addon module
