FTO Review By HPI

Post by escape »

Hi everyone,

Just got the review yesterday & decided to just put it up. Hope it makes everyone feel good after reading this.

BTW...its Issue No.28 of High Performance Imports Magazine (The 1 with the gold S15 on the cover)

Can't wait till I get my hands on a FTO!!!

Edwin

that article was out since last year i think... it's a comparo between a Silvia Qs vs the FTO GR.

the real comparo you should be looking out for is the FTO GPX vs DC2 Integra Type-R in HPI no 11 (with the yellow SW20 MR2 on the front cover, page 14).

well if i posted scanned pics of the article, there is a chance that my butt might get kicked by the legal eagles from Express Publications (believe me, it happens) so i think the only 'legal' way is to buy a back issue of HPI or meet up at a cruise or something so i can show you the magazine article...

off the top of my head:

0-100:
FTO - 7.5
ITR - 6.8

can't remember the exact qtr-mile times, but i recall they're very close (high 14s).

in terms of comfort, the FTO wins hands down (and IMO looks better than the ITR's boxy shape)
