FTO GPX vs JZA80 Supra
OK race fans, I'm finally getting some of my videos up on youtube!
I managed to find some software called RaceRender that allows me to do PIP & import my GPS lap timer data so I've now got front and rear view as well as live timing & speed It's nothing flash but for $25 it's pretty good value.
Anyway, first up is my battle with the MkIV Supra at Eastern Creek in May.
Ben, I really could have used that NOS bottle lol!

This was the second stint of our 1 hour endurance race at Eastern Creek in May, 2010. I've just left pit lane after my compulsory pit stop and noticed John Ballard's Supra coming round turn 1. This car is normally 5 to 10 seconds per lap faster than my car, so I expected him to pass me pretty quickly. So I was surprised to find that I was maintaining my position around the back of the circuit. He would leave me for dead on the straights but I'd catch him up again in the corners. In John's defence though his tyres had gone off and he was battling with rear grip... but then again I started the race with old tyres anyway It was a lot of fun chasing him down in the corners. I was trying to force a mistake but I don't think John was paying too much attention to me lol! Enjoy

That looked awesome Shane, nice one. What brakes are you running? They look like they can go the distance, how did they feel?

Standard brakes with DBA4000 rotors & Project Mu HS16-03 pads on the front, with standard rotors on the back with Ferodo DS2500 pads, & Motul RBF600 fluid

Your camera sounds a lot like my old one i used for motorkhana max distortion at nearly all volume levels.
Did you do a lot of weight loss? What sort of things did you take out?
