Newbie Can't Get Decoder to Work On Versionr.com

Hi I'm trying to decode a chassis number on http://www.versionr.com/ and I get a server error.Could anyone help please?

tehres a few posts on this if you run a search .. you can decode your chassis number the old fashioned way - post it up & we'll sort ya out.
