Mini DIY day this Sunday

Post by Bennoz »

Hey guys,

I've got a few cars coming round for work this Sunday if anyone wants to join in (or just stand around drinking beer.)

I've got a set of springs to swap out for FTO-BOY, some fluid to add to Evomans gearbox & a TPS adjustment plus a strut brace onto a new comers car.

Won't have a keg this time so I can actually get some work done

Cheers,
Bennoz

No worries mate, was a bit impromptu this. Just happened to have Sunday free & just happened to have a few people ask if I could help out :)

In a few years time I'll be asking where is the best place to live around the Sunshine Coast. Escape from this f**king expensive shithole of a city FTW!

^^ holy sh*t that's disgusting! That'll make a big difference!

I changed my plugs yesterday, the rears were still the originals (160K on the clock), the platinum tips were almost completely gone! I wouldn't be surprised that the fuel filter will be similar to the above when I change it out this week

After seeing that filter I may lookinto changing my one just to see what it's like.
It was only changed about 30-40000 ago but it's not going to bother the car to be changed out.

Thanks heaps again ben! And I'm still trying to recover from the drive this morning in your beast!

Hmmm... Anyone care to right a DIY for the fuel filter if there isn't already one.. I might change mine in a couple of weeks.

Haha no worries.

Yeah, its fuel filter season, I reckon everyone should change theirs soon. Next one round to my place that wants one done can be the DIY guide :)
