Clicking sound behind dash?
When starting the car there is a clicking sound behind the left side of my dash, sounds like an electric motor jamming or something.
has anyone else had this problem / know a solution to stop the clicking.
its not a HUGE issue at the moment as about 20 seconds after startup it stops...
Any advice is welcome
Thanks

Take the maraccas off the midget behind the dash and you'll be set.

Re: Clicking sound behind dash?
I had a look the problem this morning and can see the little motor but couldn't figure out how to get to the second screw holding it in.
do any of the centre console panels have to be removed?? im just not really sure of how to get it out without completely shattering my console :\

just bring the glove box down and try using a L shaped screwdriver.Andym wrote:I had a look the problem this morning and can see the little motor but couldn't figure out how to get to the second screw holding it in.
