Enjoying Maccas at Goulburn currently.

Lol

Car is covered in bugs,
passed 3 cops, no issues with 1 headlight and driving lights on.

Haha

Considering some of the fuckheads they've been pulling up this weekend, I'd say a guy with a headlight out during the day time is the least of their worries.

Yesterday on the very road you've just driven, they pulled up a guy doing 15kph in the 110kph zone... He blew 0.27 and he was an 87 year old male 8O

Oh & the P plater they collected doing 190kph in the 80kph construction zone on the M2...

Yeah

Funnier thing being the 4x4 that overtook me and the guy behind me also only had 1 headlight.
Oh and we only hit light an hour ago, we left at 4. So was night driving.

Well at this point of time I would say that 1/2 the keg is gone, Lawso has had two or three nana naps in his car, 2-3 ppl have rolled down the hill narrowly missing the fire and Kaz would be looking for a thicker jacket and moving closer to the fire  .

Well I am sitting on the back deck cracking my first Woodstock and holding a lighter in front of my face so it looks like a bonfire  I know it's sad  .

At this point of time I would say 3/4 of all are up and having a bacon and egg sanga, Ben would be at the keg having a morning after drink, Kaz still rugged up due to the cold, rock_it would be cracking a burban can, AJ a power aid drink, Dan will be asking for his bacon to be cooked till almost black and Schumie still sitting in front of the fire where he has been all night  .

Hope every one had fun :D .

Am back! Wow, what an eventful bonfire 8O Aza, you were pretty spot on with your guesstimations of what was happening. There were a few firsts though too :drunken:

I think we should agree to leave them at the bonfire and never speak of them again, you know who you are...

We had a fun drive home. Highlights for me were -
1. Chasing the e46 M3 and him pulling in to let me past.
2. Teaching the knob in the R33GTST a leason about not underestimating an FTO  ... He soon gave up hassling us after I embarrassed him in front of all his mates. 8)

Well, im officially stuffed. a few of us just spend most of the day replacing lower control arm, steering rack end, droplink, passengers guard, headlight and front bar........

All cars now on their way......

Thanks for all coming and sorry I didnt get a chance to do breakfast this morning. Will aim for around the same date next year (with a few minor tweaks). We equalled last years numbers in the photos (17 cars) + an extra that turned up later, and given the number of people that couldnt make it in the last week or 2, a fantastic turn out. Will make sure next year isnt over easter.

cheers

Sounds fun! Meanwhile I think my fan belt is fixed. Wing and gear shifter to go on in the next couple days.

Just like to say once again a big thank you to Dwayne for the hospitality and coping with almost all of us constantly pestering for parts and information. Will see you all next year!

Yeah, might make an appology about one thing I did trying to get those pricks to leave us alone.
Nothing overly bad, but I really shouldn't have done it, hopefully the other three in our group back didn't take offence, if so, PM me and we can discuss.

Was a very different bonfire to the previous years, but a great and memorable one never the less.

    And as per usual.

    Thanks to:
Dwayne and his family for their great hospitality.
Aza for supplying the meat, again wish you could have made it, but we popped a few for you ;)
    Schumie for the entertainment.
Peterson House for myself and the wife wines for the day
And to the returning Sydney folk who followed in convoy, was a great run back overall!

Nice to meet some new faces, and hope to see you again soon.

    PICS!!!
